Nerd belts was born out of pro-level necessity. Frustrated by traditional running belts that bounced, rode up, or chafed during long training sessions and races, Steve McKenna set out to selfishly design a better solution for himself.

After overwhelming demand from fellow athletes, he turned his custom design into Australia’s leading running belt brand. Today, nerd belts are worn globally by world-class Olympians and age-group endurance athletes who prioritize performance, comfort, and zero-distraction hydration.
